PR+ Spring "Weekend"

A running base is a terrible thing to waste so continue those off season long runs with In Flight leading up to our next marathon season in late May. PR+ focuses on shorter long runs ranging from 3 to 12 miles during Houston's marathon training off season. All group runs included supported fluids just like our marathon season so there is no need to carry fluids with you while you run. An off season marathon or half marathon training schedule is also included on-line to so runners know exactly what they should be doing during the week on their own. Training for a late Spring or early Summer race? No problem as we also include free on-line training schedules for your next big race goal.

PR+ Spring "Essentials" Sat Long Runs
Wed Speed/Hill Intervals

Training Starts Wed Feb 16th
Ends Wed May 16th
Cost: $90.00

PR+ Spring Essentials package offers supported Saturday long runs plus an added Wednesday interval training workout. Wednesday workouts are offered at both 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM. The first 7 weeks are hill intervals on the rolling hills of Buffalo Bayou. the second 7 weeks are speed intervals held on alternating weeks between the Lamar High School track and the outer trail of Memorial Park. Ends Wed May 16th

PR+ Spring Excel package offers supported Saturday long runs plus both Monday and Wednesday interval training workout. Monday and Wednesday workouts are offered at both 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM. The first 7 weeks Monday workouts are speed and Wednesday workouts are hills. The second half of the season Monday and Wednesday workouts are flip flopped with hills on Mondays and Speed on Wednesdays. Hill training sessions are held on the rolling hills of Buffalo Bayou.
