In Flight Running - Houston Program Calendar

Below is a group running program calendar of the training programs that In Flight Running offers in the Greater Houston area.  The Distance program trains runners for the half marathon and marathon distance.  The Launch program trains runners, run/walkers and walkers for the 5K and 10K distances.  For more information on each program, what services are included and registration links, click on the program title in the orange column.
